Terms & Conditions – Elevate: The Self-Mastery System

By purchasing this coaching program, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Relationship

This is a 3-month private coaching experience focused on mindset, discipline, clarity, and personal development.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. The Coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

2. Payment & Commitment

You agree to pay a one-time fee of $1,500 USD for access to the full 3-month Elevate coaching program.
Full payment is required upfront to reserve your spot and begin. Payment is non-transferable.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and limited client availability, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment is made.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

4. Client Responsibility

Your results depend on your personal effort, consistency, and commitment. You are fully responsible for attending your scheduled sessions, completing action steps, and applying the tools and strategies provided.
The Coach is not responsible for any lack of progress resulting from inaction or lack of follow-through.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information and discussions shared during coaching sessions are confidential and will not be disclosed outside the coaching relationship unless legally required.

6. Scheduling & Communication

Scheduling will be managed via phone or Calendly. It is your responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions.
Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless agreed upon in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeited sessions without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, worksheets, videos, and coaching content are the intellectual property of the Coach.
They are provided for your personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Coach makes no guarantees of specific results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and your outcomes depend on your engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages, including loss of income or emotional distress, resulting from your participation in this program.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, unless otherwise required by law.
By enrolling, you waive your right to trial and agree to resolve disputes privately and respectfully.
